Digital Home Plan (DHP) This program allows for maximum flexibility and choice for the residents. DISH Network will install a "shared dish system" that allows residents to create their own account and select pre-approved programming packages and equipment of their choice. The residents will be billed directly from DISH Network at our standard residential rates. DHP provides a wide range of programming choices for the residents and a value-added amenity for Property Owners or HOAs.

BULK Programming With Digital Upgrades / Neighborhood Value Plan (NVP)* This program provides a low-cost bulk package that will be delivered to the entire complex while still allowing individual residents to upgrade to their choice of premium and high-definition programming and advanced equipment options like DVR. Once a package has been selected, 36 channels from that package will be used to create a "Basic Property Channel Lineup", which residents can access without the need of a satellite receiver at every TV outlet in their unit. Residents who choose to upgrade their programming, or add receivers to their account, will be billed directly from DISH Network for the difference. NVP provides choice in programming at a great value.
*NVP requires a subscription to AT100, AT200 or AT250 and local programming where available.
